We do not provide custody, brokerage, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your private keys, recovery phrase, and the security of your assets.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your device, account credentials, and recovery phrase secure. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. Premium Ai Qfs will never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys, and we cannot recover them for you. If you lose access to your recovery phrase, your assets may be permanently unrecoverable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Premium Ai Qfs for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or the purchase of illegal goods or services. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Fees and third-party services

Premium Ai Qfs does not charge fees for basic wallet features. Network fees, swap fees, and fees charged by third-party providers (such as fiat on-ramps or exchanges) are set by those providers and displayed before you confirm a transaction. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

Premium Ai Qfs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against all possible threats.
